This forum is not to report forum -> forum abuse (ie: attacks made inside of this forum). You can report posts for that, that is fine.

This forum is to report abusive forums and spam FROM our forums.
When reported, this will be addressed in a proper fashion, and the accused forum will be allowed the chance to defend themselves.

This is the ONLY acceptable method of reporting abuse on this network, and the only humane way to do so. To handle such matters privately would be improper, and not allow the accused forum the chance to defend themselves. Remember, NOT everyone is guilty, and NOT everyone can control what individuals do. For example, some individuals have fun spamming OTHER people's forums just because they can.

Each report will be dealt with by staff on a case by case basis, and must be in the appropriate format, which will be described in the next post. Posts NOT in the proper format will be removed without thinking twice.
