This plugin is now in the phpbb3 forums to keep bandwidth from being absolutely crazy. Since there is no way to limit the 'minimum posts' by forum, I have set a global limit of a 10 post requirement for downloads, which I think is reasonable.

If you want more (or less), hey, vote here. I'll leave this poll up for a few months, and then revisit this thread to see what's going on there.

Thoughts? Ideas? Put 'em in here!

I would say 5 for now until theres more variety of what the Users could post too.
