The best way to get smilies put in is to make sure that I know about the URL. Really, that's all that needs to be done. If they are publically available, all you need to do is put the URL to the .pak (including images) in here and I will go through it. If possible, I will add it.
Keep in mind that not all smiley packs will work with phpbb3, though I've found a few good conversion utils from phpbb2 packs.
I've put in a few pretty good packs now (thought they were in there before, sorry). Make sure to use the _phpbb3 packs, NOT the regular packs otherwise you won't be able to get them to work.

For me it's the first time with phpbb3 forums. I made my own .pak with images and public URLs. As layout i used the same in the actual pack avaible on my phpbb3 forum.
Please don't PM me directly for support, that will not get you support any faster! In fact, it will only do the opposite.
Your pack is not in the appropriate format for phpbb3. Feel free to attach the pack to this thread when you have fixed the problem and verified that it works with phpbb3.
A pack must include the smilies themselves (not URLS), and must be spaced and entered properly. Without proper spacing and pak formatting, the system will reject the pak, as it is doing now.

Try switching to an editor that uses proper line returns. You're throwing everything into one huge messy line, and, of course that's not acceptable to the phpbb(2 or 3) format.
One image per line

Ok,
now it's one image per line. I did it in that way coz' every .pak saved by my phpbb3 forum was written in that way: all in one huge line, no line returns.
Anyway now it's ok about lines too.
If doesn't work could it be also due to simbols like "<" or "/" in smile names and codes?
Really thank you again for your support and patience.
I'll give this one final attempt, but you need to upload these things into the thread as attachments and make sure that they are the right format.
Your last post went to an invalid URL. I don't have time to play guessing games here regarding your smiley packs, their URLs and the like. Please, make sure you double check your URL's if you must post them to a URL, and make sure that the .pak list is compatable with phpbb3 AND that the smilies are listed one per line

I'm sorry for the link, you right i posted .zip but was .rar
I can't post it as attachment becouse pass the maximum file dimension for .zip files.
Anyway i'm just searching some support about the smilies pack, i searched on web but can't find how to write it correctly so im looking the sintax used in the ones saved by my forum.
And also i dunno how to check before send it to you.
Well, if this attempt doesn't work i will contact you when the pack will be 100% ok, i will find how to check it in some another way.
To install the smiley pack, go into your forum admin -> posting -> smilies and click on 'install smilies package' . From the dropdown menu, select your pack (amon_phpbb3.pak) , choose a 'current smilies' option, and click on "Install Smilies Package".
